Blood pressure disease is the rise of blood pressure from its normal level. Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by the blood on the walls of blood capillaries , these are known as blood vessels. Blood pressure varies in each heartbeat. BP consists of both systolic and diastolic pressure. This pressures helps the easy flow of blood thorough arteries to different parts of the body. Usually blood pressure measured from the person’s upper arm, it is due to the fact that the main blood vessel carrying blood from heart located in upper arm . blood pressure usually written in 115/75 .which means 115 is the systolic pressure and 75 is the diastolic pressure. Different factors affect the persons blood pressure. It varies with age and gender. in children the blood pressure have a lower value compared to adults. The blood pressure varies at the time of exercise , emotional reactions, digestion and sleep. The rise in blood pressure results in cardiovascular diseases. The normal systolic pressure varies from 90 to 119 , and diastolic varies from 60 to 79 . if systolic pressure is less than 90 of diastolic pressure is less than 60 then hypotension occurs. When the systolic pressure exceeds 140 mm hg or diastolic pressure exceeds 90 then hypertension occurs.
