Fasting needs to be much cared as that high amount of energy is spent eliminating poison and toxic waste materials.Therefor physical and mental rest is very important for a person who is in taking fast as because of he has to reduce fast or as because due to religious belief.If we use fruit juices ,grape juice especially or orange juices, toxic wasted gets accumulated in or blood quickly and it will result in an overload of Toxic materials which will do a much amount of harm to our body,or this can result in diarrhea or severe vomiting which may result in fainting.

You can fast according to your physical and mental capability ,if no problem persists ,you can continue your fasting but once you feel something bad its better to quit from your fast and intake cooked vegetables with essential roughage like spinach ,beets and other leafy vegetables so that your body may regain the momentum.If you are fat fasting may not be a harmful task for you,its mainly because of two reasons,One is because of the excess fat content in your body which let you to survive for a larger time,and the second one is because of the mental thought that you need to get rid of this weight and this interior thought will let your mind to continue fasting.Highly sick person may survive without food for long period,he might have no apetite he might not have problems while looking from outside he may need to wait till the apetite or should have a good consultant immediately.
