The importance of timing of your food

food timimng

Timing has much important for your healthy diet, intaking foods in adequate quantities in different time interval is much important. The timing of meals can make a difference in how effectively the
body absorbs nutrients and how well one generally feels.Avoiding
high-fat foods, particularly at breakfast and lunch will help to
maximise stamina. There is a belief that eating the bulk of your
calories at breakfast and lunch will allow you to burn off as many of
them for the rest of the day. This means to say that your dinner should
be light, consisting mainly of fruits and vegetables.
Diets work better if they are accompanied by exercise which works
out your cardiovascular system.Aerobin exercise improves your body’s
ability to consume and use oxygen -and oxygen is vital for burning
body fuel ,such as fat.It will also release fat into the
bloodstream, suppressing hunger. To kick fat fast, work out for at least
thirty to fortyfive mins, three to five times a week and choose an
activity that uses as many muscles as possible. After thirty minutes
your body will start to use less glycogen and more fat.If you exercise
frequently ,make sure your diet is rich in complex
carbohydrtes.High-carbohydrate diets promote the storage of glycogen
in muscles, which draw on those stores for fuel during exercise.Too
little glycogen can make one feel tired and interfere with physical
performance.Glycogen stores are lowered in people who have high-fat
diets.
