Regularly check your blood glucose level . consult your doctor regularly for his valuable advice. Take the regular doses of insulin , if it is prescribed by a registered medical practitioner. Should take the regular exercise ,according to your body fitness. Regular exercises will help you to reduce blood glucose level. However the diabetic patients should avoid the severe exercises, which may leads to cardiac disorders. If your glucose level falls after the exercise then you should take the fruit juices and similar drinks , these are help you to regains your blood glucose level.the main symptom of diabetes is weight loss. Hence take available measures of carb control . if your are suffering with any other disease other than diabetes then change your diabetic medicine after consulting your doctor. Immediately consult your doctor if you feel any abnormality in body. Take enough amount of foods even if your are not in hunger. Even though diabetic is come under the category of chronic diseases , it doesn’t means you will have to completely avoid the activities, but you take the precautions.

Diabetes mellitus is a situation due to the hypo secretion of insulin .the characteristic symbol of diabetes mellitus is hypergycimea , that is high sugar level in blood., glycosuria – presence of glucose in urine, polyurea –increased the quantiy of urine ,polydispia –excessive thirst , polyphagia- excessive appetite. In this condition ketone bodies in the blood are increased . diabetes mellitus patients subjected to hypertension . in sever case the patients leads to coma stage and may die.

It is also known as hypoglycemic shock. It is occur due to the hyper secretion of insulin. The blood glucose level abruptly fall. The will affect the organs like brain, heart , muscles .these organs not get enough glucose for their functioning .which cause brain damage, coma and death.

Glocogon is a hormone which has opposite effect of insulin. This will cause the glycogenolysis that is increase the level of glucose in blood. The production of insulin and glucogon must be controlled   to maintain blood glucose level.
