How Fear affect your behaviour?

Continued and irrational fears affect the behavioral of the person significantly. His behavior is no more remains healthy. Some of the common tendencies during fear described below. Escape is one of the behavioral responses to fear. The person try to avoid and remains far from those situations which he fears. This type of behavioral responses only reinforces the fears of the victim more and more instead of helping him to come out of his self made covering . fear may cause some consumption disorders. The fear may affect the behaviour of eating , swallowing , smoking , drinking, overeating, under eating taking drugs etc. some persons are overeat as a response to anxiety and fear and may become overweight . this may cause dissatisfaction with his appearance and gives strain to brain and heart. The fear may leads to severe loss of appetite and under eating .drinking and smoking are also related with fear. The tendency of drinking and smoking increases considerably in moments of anxiety and fear. The fear and anxieties decreases the mental alertness and concentration in our day to day life. Our memory weakens . our sense of humour will lost.
