i have lost 20 kg of weight in just 3 month its really hard to loss the weight i was 92 and now i m 72 totally slim
my diet was
breakfast… one apple 3 bread and a cup of tea
lunch… 2 egg whites and 1 pack of noodles
tea… oranges and just stawberry
dinner… 1.5 roti and green tea
and i also used to go for running and workout only for 1 hour
