Diabetes are of two types

Type 1 diabetes

In this type of diabetes the pancreas gland stop the production of insulin .due to the lack of insulin the , body cells cannot get enough glucose for atp production. The primary symptoms are vomiting and nausea. In severe cases it leads to ketoacidosis ,which means the breakdown of body muscles , it will cause weight loss . in extreme severe case death occurs.

Type 2 diabetes

Polyuria : poly uria means increase the production of urine . it is due to high level glucose in body. These excess glucose excreated thorough urine. This will leads to dehydration.

Increased fatigue: diabetes results in inefficency in metabolize glucose .this will leads to negative calorie effect , which can cause muscle fatigue.

Polyphegia: the high level insulin in blood will increase the hunger .this is known as polyphegia

Polydipsia: the increase in thirst is known as polydipsia. It is due to the high glucose content in the blood

Weight fluctuation: the dehydration , glucouria etc are results in weight loss.

More time for healing wounds: it is due to the high blood sugar .these sugar resists the wbc . so to heal a wound more time is required.
