Change in diet to reduce your body fat contents
Losing fat takes only a bit of nutritional nous to change the
fundamental structure of your of your diet.You will automatically
bring your fat intake down to less than 30percent of your diet if you
stick to a few simple ruler-and also not allow yourself to succumb to
the temptation to snack on fast foods and cream cakes.It is best to
change just one element of your diet at a time.Perhaps,your first step
is to which to using low-fat diary foods.You may say ‘ugh’ to skimmed
milk because it tastes less rich.But if you give yourself a few
weeks,your taste buds will learn to like it.After you have adjusted to

meat,substituting with chicken and fish.Trim off any visible fat such
as the white fatty layer of fat on the lamb chops,the oil in the salad
dressing ,the butter soaking into the hot toast. You have to avoid the
not-so-obvious fat like the skin of the roasted chicken,corn
flakes,the biscuit you eat with coffee.Pass up processed foods,ice
cream,chocolate,pastry and cakes and try to include
cereals,fruit,vegetables,whole grains.For nutrients-packed foods that
are high in fat such as nuts and cheese,dont eliminate them,just
consume them in moderation.If you wish to have snacks ,go ahead,just
make sure that you take complex carbonhydrates,not refined
carbohydrates or fat.
