  6. Good consumption of water may reduce the cracks and sores present in the skin. Chapped or torn areas in the skin must be kept well lubricated and protected by using good moisturizer.
  7. Use of mild, creamy, pH balanced moisturizing gels or lotions may help you to protect your skin from getting dried.
  8. Including fruits, nuts,vegtables, seeds and grains in the daily diet may provide minerals and vitamins which are necessary to maintain a good healthy skin. Lessening the intake of fried foods, alcohols, soft caffeinated drinks may also reduce the chances of having dried skin. This is because such foods and drinks causes lose fluids from the body.

They are put on the closed eyes for about 20 mins and then they are washed off by using cold water. Doing this process for a week may lighten the dark circles appearing under the eyes. The dark circles can also be treated by improving blood circulation by pressuring under the eyes. In some cases washed cloth immersed in rosemary tea is placed on the eyes as treatment against dark circles.

Beauty of a woman not only lies on her face, her hair, or her color. Another important or essential part of a well dressed woman is the posture. People are more attractive when seen at certain postures. When it comes to woman the good postures give them grace and more additional beauty. We must walk erect without slouching. When walking upright the body must also be relaxed and the body movements must not be rigid. It must see like it’s very smooth and flowing. Rigid body or robotic movements must not be practiced. They give us an impression of military men.

Each part of body must work uniformly in order to have a good posture when you walk. The leg should swing uniformly. And the distance each step is made must be average size.  Knees must be bending as small as possible. Each time you step your foot on the ground just note that you touch the toe first.
